Born in Africa, made in Portugal, and refined globally, I now call the UK home.
My Story
Over the past decade, I’ve worked with some of the world’s largest organizations, holding roles in sales, executive hiring, and talent acquisition. Through these experiences, I had the privilege of guiding professionals in their career paths, and I came to understand the powerful connection between personal values, strengths, and mindset.
A few years ago, my path took an unexpected turn
when I was diagnosed with Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome (EDS),
a rare connective tissue disorder.
This diagnosis was both a relief and a challenge- while I
finally had answers, I also faced the reality of having no
“magic pill”.

Navigating life with EDS brought a new perspective, deeper empathy, and a renewed commitment to helping others thrive even in the face of challenges. It also inspired me to learn new coaching skills to help others- Executive Coaching, NLP and also the Positive Intelligence methodology.
